STA can be used for a few days, a week, or longer — depending on your NDIS plan and personal needs.

Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA)

Our Medium-Term Accommodation provides a stable and supportive living environment for participants who are waiting for their long-term housing solution to be ready.
MTA is ideal for participants who:

• Are transitioning between homes or support arrangements

• Awaiting completion of home modifications or SIL housing

• Need temporary accommodation after hospital discharge

We ensure that your MTA stay is comfortable, consistent, and safe, with all essential supports provided to maintain your routines and independence. Our homes are located in welcoming Perth neighbourhoods, close to community amenities, shops, and transport.

Long-Term Accommodation

Our Long-Term Accommodation options offer a permanent, supportive home where participants can live independently while receiving ongoing assistance with daily life.
